Moves a company-based item to the whitelist. Can only be performed by MobileTrack support users.

IP Status to move to the global IP Status list
currentUser  UserSessionData
User trying to get the data

UnauthorizedAccessExceptionThrown if the user currentUser did not have the correct permissions
